Privacy Policy

1.0 Our Commitment

We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy and any data that you need to share with us.

We will not sell or share your data with a third party.

You can navigate the majority of our site without giving us any personal information about yourself. However, sometimes we need additional information about you in order to provide the information or services you are requesting.

2.0 Personal data we collect, why we collect it and how we handle it

We will collect and process information that you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in contact forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.

You have a right to update, correct or delete your personally identifiable information at any time by contacting us.

Should you choose to contact us using a contact form on this website, the data submitted is collated into an email, encrypted and then sent over the internet to our email service provider. The email is securely stored on the servers of our email provider for us to access. We don’t store any of this data locally. You may request to see your data and ask for it to be deleted.

We store the information you provide about yourself in a secure environment in order to provide you with the information, products, and/or services you request. The information is stored for the lifetime of the system unless you request that it be removed. We use a number of third party data processors (see below) who are all compliant with strict data processing requirements.

You must opt-in or give consent for us to share your identifiable information with third parties, who would be bound by a confidentiality agreement. However, the information you provide us about yourself may be shared with our employees to the extent necessary to accommodate your request. For example, if you provide your name, mailing address, telephone and email address, this information will be shared with appropriate personnel to fulfil your request.

Finally, unless otherwise excepted below, we would not use your personally identifiable information provided to us online for purposes other than those you requested without also providing you an opportunity to agree or otherwise limit such unrelated purposes.

2.1 Cookies and Website Usage Monitoring

This website uses cookies – small snippets of text stored in your browser. These do not contain personal information. They make the website work more effectively.

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit our website and what is popular, which helps us improve the website. No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored and site usage is always looked at on an aggregate (and anonymous) level. Google Analytics also uses cookies to work.

3.0 About this Website and its Server

The website is protected by a web application level firewall. This website’s server is also protected by a firewall. It is hosted within a UK data centre.

Any data you submit through a form on this website is protected by our use of HTTPS – a secure data communication protocol. This encrypts files and data between a client (your browser) and our server, so that it cannot be read if it is intercepted.

4.0 Service Provision: Our Role as a Data Processor

If we host, maintain and/or update your website, then it is likely that we process data in a number of ways, depending on the functions that your website performs. We also have a responsibility to ensure the safety of the data if it is held on our web-servers. Websites and web-servers are vulnerable to attack by those seeking to disrupt services, use server resources, or steal data. We take security of individual websites and our web-servers very seriously and employ industry standard defences to protect them. We have an administrator account that enables us to access your website’s control panel. If your website collects and stores private data, such as though a user registration system, eCommerce orders, and/or enquiry forms, then we can see that information. That data is stored in a database on our web server, in a third party data centre. The data is also copied, securely transferred to, and stored on another third party back-up server. We only view and use this data if necessary and only for the purposes of conducting our hosting, maintenance and updating services.

5.0 Third Party Data Processing

Like most organisations, we use other entities to provide essential business services like email. We use mainstream providers that we can rely on to handle our data appropriately. These are our third party data processors and their privacy policies:
